Plans for small and mid-size churches

You're already paying for church software. You're just paying eight companies for it.

Membership in one place, texting in another, giving somewhere else, a website nobody updates. Bought separately, the tools inside Ekklesia run about $2,200 a month. Most churches buy four or five of them and skip the rest — and the pieces they skip are the follow-up pieces. Here's what one system costs instead, at three levels.

In red: the pieces most churches skip. Every one of them is a follow-up piece.

Ekklesia is one login and one bill, starting at $197 a month.

Three levels. One platform. The monthly rate you join at is the one you keep.

Every level runs on the full Ekklesia platform, joins the weekly cohort call with Dr. Vandiver, and locks its monthly rate for life. The difference is how much of the build we do for you — and how long we keep doing it.

Setup pays for the build. After that, the monthly rate is the only bill from us, and it never goes up. Pay the year up front on any level and you get two months free.

Which level is right for us?

"We have a member who's good with computers, and we mostly want the tools."

Start with Leap

"We want the website and the follow-up built by somebody who knows what they're doing, and we want to learn it as it's built."

That's Lift

"Nobody on our team has time to learn a new system. We need it done and running, and we need it to stay that way."

That's Launch

Not sure? Say so on the discovery call. Every level runs on the same platform, so nothing gets torn down and rebuilt if you move up later.

Why charge it at all? Because a build that's free is a build that's rushed. The setup fee is what lets us take six Sundays with your church instead of sixty minutes.

No contract. Ten commitments.

A contract protects a company from a church. These protect the six Sundays. Five are ours, five are yours, and you sign them the day your seat is confirmed — not as a legal document, but so nobody has to guess what happens next.

We commit

  1. Your Thursday call happens every Thursday.

Dr. Vandiver leads it himself for all six Sundays. Office hours stay open after you graduate.

  2. Every question gets a human answer by the next business day.

During the build, usually the same day.

  3. We write in your church's voice.

The first guest text, the first thank-you, the first reminder: you approve them before they go live, and everything after follows that pattern.

  4. We don't graduate you until it works.

Follow-up fired on real guests for three Sundays, site live, two people logged in doing their piece, giving connected.

  5. Your rate never goes up, and your data is always yours.

Leave any time and take every contact with you.

You commit

  1. Name two people.

The one who says yes and the one who does the work. One person can be both. They're on the calls.

  2. Send what we ask within five business days.

Logins, logos, photos, service times, staff and ministry lists, your giving details. The build moves at the speed of the content.

  3. Someone from your church is on every Thursday call.

If nobody can make one, tell us before it, not after.

  4. From Sunday 3, every connect card goes into the system the day it's collected.

    The drawer is retired.

  5. If something isn't working, or you've fallen behind, say so on the next call.

Month two is too late to find out about week two.

If content runs late, the calendar slides one week at a time; your seat, your rate and your place in the cohort don't change. If we miss one of ours, tell me on Thursday and it's fixed by the next one.

Enrollment is currently closed. Hold your place in line.

Enrollment is open. Seats go to the waitlist first.

Ten seats open when the founding churches graduate. The waitlist hears first — by text, in the order you joined — and the rate you see on this page is the rate you lock in.

  1. 1Join the waitlist. Your name, email and mobile number — that's it.
  2. 2When seats open, you get a text and an email with the link to apply.
  3. 3Seats go in list order. If you pass, your seat is offered to the next church.

All three fields are required. We text first, so it has to be a number that receives texts.

No card required. You're reserving a place in line, not a seat.

You're on the waitlist.

When seats open, the first thing you'll get is a text from Ekklesia. Keep an eye on your phone.

Questions pastors ask about the money

Is there a contract?

No. Every level is month to month, and you cancel from inside your account without calling anyone. What you do sign is the Ten Commitments: five we make to you and five you make to us, so the six Sundays actually happen. It isn't a legal document. It's the reason nobody has to guess.

Yearly plans are paid up front. They're refundable in full until your first cohort call; after that, the year is committed.

What does "rate locked for life" mean?

The monthly price you join at is the price you keep for as long as your subscription stays active, even as the platform adds features. If you leave and come back later, you join at whatever the rate is then.

What changes if we pay for the year?

Two months free on every level. On Leap the setup fee is waived. On Lift the setup drops by $497, on Launch by $997. That's a trade, not a discount: when the year is paid up front, we aren't financing your build out of the monthly, and we pass that back. Many churches prefer it because a yearly line item is easier to take to the trustees than a monthly card charge.

Do we still pay for SecureGive?

On Leap, you bring your own SecureGive plan (about $99–$199 a month, billed by SecureGive). Lift includes the first year with setup and Launch includes the first two. After an included period ends, the SecureGive plan continues at SecureGive's standard rate, billed by them.

What's "done-for-you concierge," and what counts as a request?

Concierge is our team doing the platform work for you — up to 10 requests a month. A request is one defined task inside your existing setup: edit a page, adjust an automation, update a form, swap images or copy, build a standard email. Brand-new sites, funnels or major builds are quoted separately.

Launch includes it for the life of your plan. Lift includes six months, starting the day onboarding is complete. On Leap it's a $147-a-month add-on ($1,470 a year). Requests reset each month and don't roll over, and concierge runs while your subscription is active and current.

Are there any other fees?

The setup fee is the whole build. The monthly rate is the platform. Card processing on gifts and SecureGive's own plan are billed by SecureGive, not by us. If anything about your church's usage would change that, you'll hear it on the discovery call, not on an invoice.

Can we start on Leap and move up later?

Yes. Every level runs on the same platform, so moving up means we build more, not that anything gets rebuilt. Ask about it on your discovery call or your weekly cohort call.

Why can't I buy today if I'm ready?

Because Ekklesia was built at four churches first, and those builds are being finished before ten seats open to churches Dr. Vandiver hasn't met. When the founding churches graduate, the first open cohort starts, and the waitlist is offered the seats first. Joining the waitlist takes a minute and locks nothing but your place in line.
